I started Cvello after a long stretch of job hunting in which every CV optimiser promised a "perfect tailored resume" and every tracker asked for more data entry than the applications themselves. The tools optimised for volume; I needed tools that optimised for fit. Cvello is the product I wish had existed — honest verdicts against a rubric you can argue with, and no pretending AI drafts are finished work. It is in closed beta with a small group of working professionals who need it to be right before anyone else gets it.

No AI gaslighting
