Terms of service

Accepting these terms
By creating an account and using Cvello you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the product. These terms form a binding agreement between you and the operator of Cvello.
These terms apply to the closed beta version of Cvello. They will be updated before public launch and you will be notified of material changes. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
What Cvello provides
Cvello is beta software provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime, data retention, or feature stability. Features may change, be removed, or behave unexpectedly during the beta period. There is no Service Level Agreement for beta access.
Core features — job analysis, CV drafting, cover letter generation, custom answer drafting, pipeline tracking, and interview preparation — are AI-assisted. Output reflects a best-effort attempt to be useful and should be treated as a draft for human review.
Cvello does not guarantee that using the product will result in interviews, job offers, or any particular career outcome. The product provides information and tools; decisions remain yours.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The quality of AI-generated output depends on the quality of your profile and the job data you provide. Entering false or misleading information may produce unhelpful results.
You may not use Cvello to scrape job postings at scale, reverse-engineer the product, attempt unauthorised access to other users’ data, or abuse the AI features in ways that violate Anthropic’s usage policies. You may not create more than one account per person.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before submitting it to any employer or application system. Cvello is a tool, not a proxy — submissions you make using Cvello’s output are your submissions.
AI-generated content
All CV drafts, cover letters, application question answers, and interview materials generated by Cvello are AI-assisted starting points. They require human review before use. Verify that all claims are accurate and representative of your actual experience.
Cvello does not guarantee that generated content will pass ATS screening, impress a recruiter, or result in an interview. ATS compatibility is a best-effort feature based on known formatting standards, which vary by system and employer.
Cvello is not liable for rejected applications, missed opportunities, or any negative outcome resulting from content generated by the product. The decision to submit any application rests with you.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from account settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not retain your data after deletion, subject to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or engage in behaviour that harms other users or the integrity of the platform. In cases of abuse, termination may occur without prior notice.
If Cvello ceases to operate we will provide reasonable notice to active users and offer a data export window before shutting down.
Limitation of liability
Cvello is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted or that AI-generated content will meet your specific needs.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cvello’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the product is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. During free beta access this limit is zero.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. When we have an active user email list we will notify you of material changes before they take effect. For non-material changes we will update the last-updated date on this page.
Continued use of Cvello after updated terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to updated terms you should stop using the product and delete your account.
Governing law
These terms are currently governed by the laws of Turkey. This may be updated to reflect a different jurisdiction before Cvello’s public launch, depending on where the operating entity is formally registered.
Disputes arising from these terms or your use of Cvello will, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings. This section will be updated with formal dispute resolution procedures before public launch.
